Commercial Cleaning Services
There are several services that we offer under commercial cleaning. Those services are:
Residential Cleaning Services
- New Construction Cleaning - We will provide all post-construction cleaning so the home is move-in ready.
- Remodeling Cleaning - We will provide post-remodeling cleaning so that the homeowner and contractor don't have to and the newly remodeled home is ready to be enjoyed.
- Office Suite Cleaning - We offer general office cleaning on whatever schedule meets your organizational needs. This covers Office Suite Cleaning, Restroom Cleaning and Common Area Cleaning. The level and frequency of services is custom designed entirely by the customer.
- Special Event Cleaning - We provide cleaning prior to, or following, a special event such as holiday parties, open house events, recognition ceremonies, etc.
We are extremely flexible for all of the services that we offer. You can choose the cleaning schedule that works best for you, whether that is weekly cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning, monthly cleaning or seasonal cleaning. You can also adjust what specific cleaning services you order as often as needed. Our high quality, customer-driven services can decrease your workload so that you have time for other things. Prior to each visit, or on an as-needed basis, simply let us know what your cleaning needs and services are:
Within each room listed above you can specify which services you need at each visit, which could include as much or as little as you like including general cleaning or seasonal cleaning as desired (e.g., vacuuming, floor scrubbing, dusting, window cleaning, baseboards, etc.).
You can ask us to clean your entire home each week, bi-weekly or monthly and we are also able to alternate rooms and/or levels such as seasonal cleaning for specifically designated high-volume areas as needed (e.g., kitchen-only on a specific visit or bathrooms-only with a deep cleaning focus at an alternate visit). We will bring all of the equipment and supplies that we need for each visit. If you, at any point, are not satisfied with our services on a particular visit, just let us know and we will come back and make things right for no additional charge. We want to help make your life less stressful, not more stressful.

Our staff are bonded and insured professionals that will work hard to earn and keep your trust, and will consistently work to meet or surpass your expectations. It is also important that our customers have a comfort level with the cleaning team that arrives at their home. So, as much as possible, we will send the same team to your home or business for each service date.

As a seller, your primary goal is to sell your home/property as quickly as possible at or near the listing price. In today's market, where there is much more competition for buyers, it is important to put your best effort, or in this case, home forward because first impressions are vital.
Many of today's prospective buyers have busy lifestyles and are looking for properties, both home and commercial, that don't require a lot of work. Therefore a property that is in move-in condition is very attractive. Before placing your property on the market, the RSMMC Team will provide you with a detailed and thorough market analysis including demographic evaluations and market strategy summaries.
The RSMMC Real Estate Division will also assist you with the overall inspection of the property and take inventory of practical and aesthetic repairs/alterations. Prior to listing your property, it is sometimes suggested to hire a certified home inspector to thoroughly and impartially evaluate the property. A standard report will review the condition of the property's heating system, central air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems, the roof, attic, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, the foundation, basement and visible structure. If there are recommendations for improvement, the RSMMC Team Consulting will work with you to evaluate and prioritize the list of repairs.
If you're ready to buy a home/commercial property, now is a great time to buy. Mortgage interest rates remain very low. In many areas, buyers have a lot of inventory from which to choose and long-term home/property ownership continues to be one of the best ways for the typical American to build wealth.
Interest rates remain at historically low levels for the typical, 15 or 30-year mortgage product.
Indeed, the market has changed. It's gone from a frenzied seller's market to a calmer buyer's market. In fact, buyers haven't seen a market this strong in years. It is important to note that there is no such thing as a national real estate market. All real estate markets are local and driven by local factors including, but not limited to the local economy, housing supply and demand factors and other attributes like geography.
The slight decline followed years of unprecedented steep home price appreciation and the reality is that only a handful of markets experienced price declines. Corrections in markets that experienced extreme home price appreciation were expected and signal good news for buyers. According to National Association of REALTORS (NAR) statistics, the vast majority of the nation's metropolitan areas showed rising or stable home prices with most areas experiencing modest gains.
Right now there are many homes from which to choose and in most areas buyers don't have to deal with the harried and hurried competition of multiple bids. The changing market has also changed the inventory landscape to include fewer speculative sellers and a larger share of serious and motivated sellers.
Prospective buyers have some time to shop inventory and thoroughly compare property types and prices, amenities, neighborhoods, communities, commutes and other important real estate-related features. Buyers also have stronger price negotiation power as sellers compete for their attention by offering concessions or other incentives.
